Fall/Winter Competition Cheerleading

Parsippany PAL’s Competitive Cheer Team welcomes new cheerleaders!! The Competitive Cheer Team season will begin practice this Fall. Competitions will power through the winter and end in late February/early March. Teams will participate in recreation level competitions, performing a 2 1/2-minute routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance, and cheer segments. Teams will be comprised of elementary and middle school age athletes. We will accept nonresidents of Parsippany pending approval.

Registration is required to attend evaluations. After evaluation, we will open registration for those who have committed to the team. More information about the season will be discussed at the mandatory parent meetings. Parents must attend one of the two meetings for their child to participate this season.

    Practice will be on Mondays and Thursdays at the PAL!

    Competition Dates will be sent out once available.

  • Mandatory Parent Meeting:

    **DATE ADDED: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH
    6:30PM

    *Parents must attend 1 meeting for their child to participate.

  • Evaluation Dates

    Monday, September 18th & Thursday, September 21st 
    Grades 4 & Under: 6-7PM
    Grades 5 & Up: 7-8PM

    *Participants must attend both evaluations nights.

  • Registration Fees

    $535 per child
    *Additional $10 for nonresidents.
    *There is no charge for evaluations. 
    *There will be no refunds for competition cheer.
