WINTER WRESTLING
The PAL Wrestling program is an open program to youths K through 8th grade. The wrestling program is designed to encourage all youths to learn, love and excel in the sport of wrestling. Throughout the season the kids will improve their skills, increase their strength and their agility while having a fun experience. There are opportunities for kids of all ages regardless of their experience or grade level.
FREE REGISTRATION FOR 1ST YEAR FEMALE WRESTLERS AT ALL LEVELS.

REGISTRATION FEES
EARLY BIRD; END SEPTEMBER 2
Grades K-2: $120 per child
Grades 3-8: $195 per child
REGULAR; SEPT. 3 - OCT. 15
Grades K-2: $135 per child
Grades 3-8: $210 per child
Registrations completed on/after October 16 will include a $25 late fee.

*ALL PRACTICES TAKE PLACE AT PARSIPPANY HIGH SCHOOL, GYM SIDE ENTRANCE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED BY YOUR COACH.

BOND INFORMATION
Volunteer Bond ($175): Each wrestling family is required to complete four (4) volunteer hours along with participate in our raffle fundraiser. There are various volunteer opportunities through out the season. At the end of the season, if the requirements are not met, payment of $175 will be paid on or around 5/1/2026.
Uniform Bond ($150): Each wrestler receives a PAL Wrestling singlet at the start of the season. At the end of the season, all wrestlers are required to return the singlet cleaned. If the singlet is not returned, payment of $150 will be paid on or around 5/1/2026.
Bond Check Process: Wrestlers will submit 2 separate checks dated 5/1/2026. One in the amount of $175 and the other in the amount of $150, both written to the 'Parsippany PAL' at the first practice you attend.
