Gentle Yoga
This class takes on a slower, gentler approach to the practice of yoga, but still provides all the benefits. We include meditation, breathing practices, gentle stretching, and strengthening poses. Attention to detail is practiced in order to teach good habits. This class is great for beginners, persons with injuries, prenatal moms, and seniors. Relaxing & refreshing.
