Ready for the NBA...??  Well not yet, but let's get you ready to play basketball at a higher level!  Join the PAL Coaching Staff as they navigate you through a series of activities to improve your all-around basketball game!  With a wealth of playing, coaching, and training experience and they will help you get ready for the next step...whatever goals you have!  Looking to play AAU or Travel Ball?  Maybe you are trying out for the Middle School Team or aspire to play High School ball?  Whatever your goals are, our Team will help you get there!

This course is for more 'advanced' basketball players - those with sound fundamentals.  Most skill sets are welcome, but basic basketball fundamentals are required.
