NFL FLAG and Parsippany PAL Flag Football
Join the NFL FLAG and PAL Co-ed Flag Football League today! Boys and girls enjoy playing flag football in a fun and competitive way! We strive to provide a rich environment that fosters development of flag football fundamentals, while also advancing skills in teamwork, discipline, friendship, and sportsmanship. The youth flag football league is open to player registration with team placements via coach requests. Free Agents are welcome and will be placed on established teams. Volunteer head coaches needed, and volunteer assistant coaches are welcomed.

Season Details
Free Agent and Player Evaluations will take place Monday, March 30th and Thursday, April 2nd. Free Agents will then be placed on established teams, no exceptions! Regular season games will take place on Sundays from April 12th through May 24th *NO GAME ON MAY 10th*. Divisions are based on your current grade level. Each division will be scheduled a regular season game schedule. Playoffs will be determined by the number of teams per division; playoff format will be a tournament style. We anticipate the season ending in early‐June. Players receive NFL FLAG branded jerseys, and flag belts which are required for every game.

EVALUATION INFORMATION
The purpose of player evaluations is to rate the skills of each registered player to keep the playing field well balanced. It is expected for all participants to attend the player evaluations, this is an IMPORTANT method so that players can be assigned to teams evenly. Though this is not a perfect system, it is a fair system and consistent to spread out the ‘skill sets’ amongst the players/divisions. All players are strongly recommended and encouraged to attend their original scheduled time slot, to utilize the full value of the evaluation.

March 30th - 5:30-6:30PM - Grades 1-2
March 30th - 6:30-7:30PM - Grades 3-4
April 2nd - 5:30-6:30PM - Grades 5-6
April 2nd - 6:30-7:30PM - Grades 7-8

While we are taking coach/team requests, we will also be placing free agent players registered on already established teams. This is to ensure that the competition level is evenly spread out throughout all divisions. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND registering as soon as you possibly can to get a spot for your child(ren).
